CalTracs - Standard 71-80 Ford Pinto

Designed by race legend John Calvert, these bolt-on traction systems offer full pre-load adjustability. They prevent axle rotation, maintain pinion angle, and improve 60-foot times. The bars are black powder-coated for durability. The preload link is made with Chromoly for lightweight strength, and the ¾” Rod Ends have a radial static load capacity of over 14,000 pounds. Two-piece aluminum front spring eye bushings keep the front pivot squared and rigid. The rear mounts are made with 5/16” mild steel. This kit includes 2-hole pivot plates. Rod Ends/Heim Joints now come with grease zerks. U-bolts are not included but are available separately. A full-color installation guide is included.
