CalTracs Standard Traction Bar System

The Calvert Racing CalTracs Standard (6300) is a bolt-on traction system engineered by race legend John Calvert to enhance your vehicle's performance off the line. This system provides full pre-load adjustability, ensuring the axle maintains its rotation and pinion angle, which is crucial for improving 60' times. The components are finished in a durable black powder coat for longevity. The ¾” Rod Ends boast a radial static load capacity exceeding 14,000 pounds. For rigidity at the front pivot, a two-piece aluminum bushing assembly is utilized. The rear mounts are fabricated from 5/16” mild steel, designed to handle the torque from your u-bolts and secure the rear end. This specific kit includes 2-hole pivot plates and is built for the 1960-1965 Mercury Comet / Cyclone. A full-color installation guide is included to assist with the process.
