Camshaft for Gen 4 Coyote 5.0L

The Ford Performance GSC7079R2 camshaft set is engineered for the 2024-2026 Ford Mustang GT and Dark Horse models equipped with the 5.0L Gen 4 Coyote engine. Developed using flow data from ported heads and correct rocker geometry, these camshafts are CNC-machined from U.S.-sourced forged billet. This performance camshaft is optimized for high-flow setups, delivering maximum power in the 6,000-8,500 rpm range, with an approximate peak at 8,100 rpm. It retains the Direct Injection (DI) and High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) lobe and is ready for use with pump, race, E85, and E90 fuels. Installation of the GSC7079R2 camshaft requires an upgraded valve spring kit for optimal performance. Ensure all pulleys, belts, and gears meet OEM specifications before installation.
