Description

This kit includes the W-100 camshaft, eight standard valve lifters, and assembly grease, making it a comprehensive upgrade for improved engine performance. The camshaft features a duration of 276 degrees, a lift of .383 inches, and a lobe center of 108 degrees. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use an oil pump designed for performance cams or one from a pre-1971 engine. This kit is compatible with various Volkswagen Type 1, Type 2, Type 3, and 14 Karmann Ghia models manufactured between 1960 and 1979, provided they are air-cooled and not the 25/30hp variants. It is also noted that this kit is not suitable for 1.7-2.0 Type-4 engines.
