Description

The Flyin' Miata camshaft oil seal serves as a direct replacement for the original component on your vehicle. It is specifically recommended to replace this seal whenever a timing belt service is performed. This ensures the integrity of your engine's sealing system during a critical maintenance procedure. This seal is required for each camshaft. It fits both the intake and exhaust camshafts on 1990-2000 model cars and the 2004-2005 Mazdaspeed MX-5. For 2001-2005 models, this seal is used for the exhaust camshaft only; a separate seal (part 04-26030 / FS05-10-602A) is used for the intake camshaft on VVT models. This part is also included in Flyin' Miata's timing belt kits. It is advised to also replace the front crank seal and valve cover gasket when performing this service.
