Camshaft Set for GT350 5.2L Voodoo Engine

The L&M Engines LM-GT3F-1 is a camshaft set specifically engineered for the GT350 5.2L Voodoo engine equipped with a 180-degree flat plane crank. This camshaft set is suitable for any naturally aspirated or forced induction application and fully utilizes the engine's TiVCT (Twin Independent Variable Cam Timing) system. Featuring 551 series lobes, the LM-GT3F-1 boasts an asymmetrical intake lobe that provides the performance characteristics of a 239-degree duration at 0.050 lift. The intake lift is .551” with a duration of 234 at 0.050, while the exhaust lift is also .551” with a duration of 235 at 0.050. The lobe separation is set at 120.5 degrees, contributing to its optimized performance curve. This camshaft is designed to maintain strong torque below 5,000 RPM while significantly increasing power at higher engine speeds, operating within a 2,000-8,500 RPM range. While the camshaft can utilize stock springs, an upgrade is recommended for applications with boost above 15 pounds. L&M Engines offers an optional spring package, including springs, retainers, and valve seals, which can be added during the ordering process. Each L&M camshaft undergoes a rigorous QA process to ensure it meets design specifications, guaranteeing consistent profile geometry and optimal performance. Any camshaft that fails this quality assurance is scrapped.
