The MHD Tuning CAN FlexFuel Analyzer is a device that reads data from the E85 sensor and converts it to CAN format. This enables the car's DME to make accurate fueling decisions based on E85 content. Utilizing this analyzer with MHD, BM3, or ECUTEK tunes allows for a FlexFuel-like feature, optimizing performance and efficiency. It offers a plug-and-play installation with no manual wiring or plumbing required.

This analyzer reads real-time ethanol percentage from the E85 sensor and converts it into CAN bus data, which is then sent to the DME (engine computer). This integration allows your MHD, BM3, or ECUTEK tune to safely adjust timing, fueling, and boost based on the actual ethanol content, enabling the use of any blend from E0 to E100+ on the fly. Installation is straightforward with a plug-and-play design, eliminating the need for manual wiring or plumbing. It is compatible with any High Pressure Fuel Pump and is designed to work seamlessly with MHD, BM3, or ECUTEK tuning solutions. This kit is specifically for vehicles with an Automatic Transmission ONLY. It is compatible with a wide range of BMW F-Series models including the 230i, M235i, M240i, 330i, 335i, 340i, 430i, 435i, and 440i, across various model years and engine configurations (B46, B48, B58, N55, S55). For the Gen1 B58B30M0 engine, it is compatible with Automatic Transmission models. It is also compatible with G-Series and Toyota Supra models with an Automatic Transmission or DCT. Manual transmission vehicles are not supported by this kit.
