The Synchrotech SYN-CD105 is a carbon composite synchro designed to enhance the performance of early model R31/CD/JK Nissan transmissions. This component specifically targets the 5th and 6th gears, acting as a direct replacement for the OEM part number 32604-CD105. Constructed with a full carbon composite lining, the SYN-CD105 utilizes advanced carbon-carbon technology. This material functions as a braking agent during gear engagement, facilitating quicker and more precise shifts. The enhanced engagement not only improves the shifting experience but also contributes to the longevity of the synchro sleeve and gear engagement teeth.
