Description

The Stillen Bumper Light Surround, part number AC-BLS0910DGCH, is a premium exterior upgrade for the 2008-2014 Dodge Challenger. Crafted from VIP carbon fiber by Anderson Composites, this surround enhances the vehicle's aesthetic with a high-luster finish. The manufacturing process involves laying carbon fiber fabric over a mold, applying resin, and then vacuum sealing the part to cure. This method ensures an excellent fabric-to-resin ratio, contributing to the part's durability and appearance. A final gel coat is applied and polished, eliminating the need for an additional clear coat and providing a deep, lustrous shine. Installation of the bumper light surround may require minor modifications to the mounting tabs. As with many aftermarket body components, slight adjustments may be necessary during the installation process to ensure a correct fit. Professional installation is recommended for optimal results.
