Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake System

The Integrated Engineering IEINCK3 intake system is a premium upgrade for 2017-2024 Audi B9/B9.5 S4 and S5 models equipped with the 3.0T engine. Crafted from high-gloss genuine carbon fiber, this one-piece intake boasts a seamless design that eliminates potential air leaks and unwanted noises often found in multi-piece airboxes. Engineered for performance, the IEINCK3 features a professional motorsport-style velocity stack integrated into the airbox. This component efficiently channels airflow from the substantial internal volume into the turbocharger, creating a high-inertia flow with minimal drag and turbulence. The system also leverages dual pressure zones: a primary ram-air inlet from the front grille and supplemental air drawn through bottom plate louvers from under the vehicle. This design ensures a consistent and ample air supply, preventing the intake from becoming a power limitation even in extreme builds. While the turbo inlet pipe is sold separately, it is crucial for maximizing performance gains with hybrid turbo setups. The system includes a 5" pleated cotton filter, stainless steel hardware, multi-ply silicone hoses with stop-flat edges, and a powder-coated aluminum bottom plate. Laser-etched stainless steel badging adds a finishing touch. The intake system itself can typically be installed in one hour or less. Rigorous testing, including flow bench analysis and dyno runs, demonstrates significant improvements, with gains of up to 19 WHP and 21 ft-lbs of torque reported on tuned engines. Flow bench tests show an increase of up to 37.4% CFM over the stock intake and turbo inlet on factory turbos, and up to 61.49% on hybrid turbo setups.
