Carbon Fiber Decklid Spoiler

The RENNtech Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber Rear Decklid Spoiler is designed to complement the sophisticated aesthetic of the Mercedes-Benz W205 C-Class Sedan. Constructed using the pre-preg manufacturing process, renowned for its superior consistency and quality in aerospace applications, this spoiler offers enhanced strength and a precise, tight fiber weave. The material is hand-laid into a mold and cured under controlled temperatures, resulting in a laminate that is 20-30% stiffer and stronger than components made with wet-layup methods. This decklid spoiler features a high-gloss finish, achieved through an initial acrylic UV protection system coating, followed by a traditional spray application of a UV protectant clear coat. The spoiler attaches securely using 3M double-sided automotive tape. It is available in both gloss and matte finishes, with this specific model featuring the gloss finish. The RENNtech Carbon Fiber Decklid Spoiler is compatible with all W205 C-Class Sedan models from 2015 onwards.
