The Stillen front flare extension panel, manufactured by Anderson Composites, is a carbon fiber component designed to enhance the aesthetic of the 2018-2023 Dodge Challenger Wide Body models. This specific part, model AC-FBC18DGCHHC, is crafted using Anderson Composites' VIP manufacturing process. This process involves spraying resin onto the mold, laying carbon fiber fabric, applying another resin coat, and then vacuum-sealing the assembly for curing. After curing, the panel is trimmed and finished with a protective gel coat that is polished to a high luster, negating the need for an additional clear coat. Installation of these carbon fiber flare extensions may require minor modifications. Specifically, mounting tabs might need adjustments to achieve correct fitment, and other minor adjustments could be necessary as part of the standard installation procedure.
