The Greg's Racing Parts front lip is a custom carbon fiber component designed for the Lotus Elise S2. It is crafted from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber material with a high-gloss finish.

This front lip features a two-part construction with a top layer of carbon fiber bonded with epoxy resin and finished with a UV-protective polyurethane coating. The underside has a smooth, one-piece shell for structural integrity, and the edges are hand-smoothed.

The Greg's Racing Parts Custom Carbon Fiber Front Lip is specifically designed for the 2002-2007 Lotus Elise S2. Constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, this front lip boasts a durable and lightweight design. It features a two-part construction process where the top layer of carbon fiber is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin. This is then finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating (Poly Shield) to maintain a high gloss finish. The underside is a smooth, one-piece shell that enhances the product's structural integrity, and the edges are carefully hand-smoothed for a quality finish. VIS Racing further improved their manufacturing process in 2014 by introducing the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.). This method uses a single-mold vacuum to produce parts that are 10-20% lighter and more durable. VIS is transitioning its full range of carbon parts to this VIP process to offer these benefits without significant cost increases. All VIS Carbon Fiber parts come with a badge of authenticity. Due to the nature of their intended use, hood pins are required. These products are intended for off-road use only, unless local and state laws permit otherwise.
