Overview

The VIS Racing front lip is a carbon fiber body panel designed for the BMW E92 3 Series 2-door models from 2007-2010. It features an OEM style and a high gloss finish.

The lip is constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber material using a two-part design. The top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and coated with a UV-protective polyurethane. The underside is a one-piece shell for structural integrity, and the edges are hand-smoothed. VIS Racing has also implemented a Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) for lighter and more durable parts.

The VIS Racing front lip is a custom-fit carbon fiber body component meticulously designed for the 2007-2010 BMW E92 3 Series 2-door models with the M Tech package. This lip showcases an OEM style, finished in a sleek black with a high-gloss, UV-protective Poly Shield coating to maintain its appearance. Constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, this front lip utilizes a robust two-part manufacturing process. The top layer is bonded with a high-grade epoxy resin, ensuring durability and a premium finish. A smooth, one-piece underside shell is fused to the top layer, significantly enhancing the product's structural integrity. VIS Racing further refines its manufacturing with the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), which produces parts that are 10-20% lighter than conventional methods while improving overall durability. Each part is hand-finished to ensure a smooth, quality edge all around and comes with a VIS badge of authenticity. This product is intended for off-road use only, unless local and state laws specify otherwise. Due to the nature of aftermarket aerodynamic components, hood pins are required for installation.
