The ADD W1 Carbon Fiber Heat shield Cover is crafted from real, lightweight carbon fiber, specifically designed to enhance the performance of your K&N Typhoon Performance Intake System on a Kia Stinger 3.3T. This component directly bolts onto the K&N Typhoon intake system and comes as a set of two heat shield covers. The primary function of this heat shield is to prevent hot air from the engine compartment from entering the intake stream. By creating a barrier against engine heat, it significantly reduces intake air temperatures. Lower intake temperatures are crucial for increasing overall horsepower and engine performance. The carbon fiber construction provides superior heat resistance compared to other materials, ensuring durability and effectiveness. Installation is straightforward, as it secures easily using the filter's existing hose clip. This product is compatible with the K&N Typhoon Performance Intake System for the 2018 and later Kia Stinger 3.3T models.
