Crafted from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber material, this hood boasts a high strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding rigidity. It features a two-part construction where the top layer, bonded with high-grade epoxy resin, is finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating for a durable, high-gloss finish. A one-piece, smooth underside shell is fused to the top layer, enhancing structural integrity, with edges meticulously hand-smoothed for a superior finish. VIS Racing employs advanced manufacturing techniques, including the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) in newer parts, which produces components that are lighter and more durable. Each hood comes with a VIS badge of authenticity to guarantee genuine quality. Due to the intended uses and design of this product, the manufacturer strongly recommends the use of hood pins, which must be purchased separately. Professional installation is also recommended to ensure proper fitment and function. This XTS Style hood is specifically designed for the BMW 3 Series E90 4-door models from 2009 to 2011, including the 323i, 325i, 328i, 335d, and 335i variants. Please note that this product is intended for off-road use only, unless otherwise permitted by local and state laws.
