The VIS Racing OEM-style carbon fiber hood is a premium replacement body panel engineered for 2007-2009 GMC Sierra 4-door models. Each unit features a high-grade epoxy resin construction and is finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating to ensure a durable, high-gloss appearance. The component is produced via a Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), which utilizes a single-mold vacuum to create a hood that is 10-20% lighter than traditional fiberglass while maintaining high levels of durability. Because this product is intended for performance and off-road use, hood pins are required for installation. The hood is designed specifically for 2007-2009 4-door GMC Sierra vehicles; it is not compatible with other body styles or model years. Please ensure all parts are inspected for the official VIS badge of authenticity before installation.
