The VIS Racing carbon fiber hood is an OEM-style replacement designed for the 2008-2015 Scion XB 4DR. It is constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber material using a two-part design with a UV-protective polyurethane coating.

The VIS Racing Carbon Fiber Hood offers an OEM-style upgrade for your 2008-2015 Scion XB 4DR. Constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber material, this hood features a two-part design. The top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, Poly Shield UV-protective polyurethane coating for a high-gloss appearance. A smooth, one-piece underside shell enhances structural integrity, and the edges are hand-smoothed for a quality finish. VIS Racing utilizes a Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) which produces parts that are 10-20% lighter and more durable. This manufacturing method is being transitioned across their full range of carbon parts to offer improved products without a significant cost increase. Professional installation by an experienced custom body shop is recommended, as this is an aftermarket part. Modifications such as cutting, trimming, filling, sanding, and customizing may be necessary to ensure proper fitment. It is advised to test fit all body kit parts before any modification or painting. The hood ships unpainted.
