Crafted from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber material, it utilizes a vacuum-infused single mold process for optimal strength and a flawless finish. The top layer of this hood is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and protected by an ultra-clear, UV-resistant polyurethane coating, ensuring a durable, high-gloss finish. The underside features a smooth, one-piece shell fused to the top layer, significantly enhancing structural integrity. The edges are meticulously hand-smoothed to guarantee a quality finish all around. Professional installation is recommended for this hood. Additionally, the manufacturer strongly recommends the use of hood pins for proper and secure mounting, which are sold separately. Based on available fitment data, this hood is confirmed to fit the 2008-2013 BMW X6 (E71) 4-door models.
