The VIS Racing Carbon Fiber Hood offers an OEM-style upgrade for your 2006-2009 Volkswagen Jetta 4-Door. The construction utilizes a two-part design, featuring a carbon fiber top layer bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and a smooth, one-piece underside shell for improved durability and structural integrity. VIS Racing has refined its manufacturing process, incorporating the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) which results in parts that are 10-20% lighter while maintaining or improving durability. This hood is transitioning to the V.I.P. process, offering these advanced benefits without a significant cost increase. All VIS Carbon Fiber Hoods and Trunks include a badge of authenticity. Please note that due to the nature of intended use, hood pins are required for installation. This product is intended for off-road use only, unless otherwise permitted by local and state laws.
