Description

The VIS Racing Carbon Fiber Hood offers an OEM-style upgrade for your 2000-2004 Ford Focus 2-door and 4-door models. Constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber material, this hood features a two-part design. The top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating for a durable, high-gloss finish. A smooth, one-piece underside shell is fused to the top layer, enhancing structural integrity, and the edges are hand-smoothed for a quality finish. VIS Racing utilizes a Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) for manufacturing, which results in parts that are 10-20% lighter and more durable than traditional methods. This process is being transitioned across their full product line. Each VIS Carbon Fiber Hood includes a badge of authenticity. Please note that hood pins are required due to the intended uses of these products. This product is intended for off-road use only, unless local and state laws indicate otherwise.
