The VIS Racing Carbon Fiber Hood is an OEM-style replacement hood designed for the 2003-2005 Chevrolet Cavalier.

It is constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber material with a high-gloss finish, protected by a UV-resistant polyurethane coating. The hood features a two-part design with a smooth underside shell for enhanced structural integrity. VIS Racing utilizes a Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) to produce lighter and more durable parts.

The VIS Racing Carbon Fiber Hood offers an OEM-style upgrade for the 2003-2005 Chevrolet Cavalier, available in both 2-door and 4-door configurations. Crafted from Grade-A carbon fiber, this hood is bonded with a high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating for a durable, high-gloss appearance. It employs a two-part construction with a fused, one-piece underside shell that reinforces structural integrity. VIS Racing further enhances their manufacturing with the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), resulting in parts that are 10-20% lighter and more durable than previous methods. Each VIS Carbon Fiber Hood includes a badge of authenticity. Please note that hood pins are required due to the unknown nature of intended uses. These products are intended for off-road use only, unless local and state laws permit otherwise.
