The VIS Racing 03FDEXP4DOE-010C is a carbon fiber hood specifically designed to upgrade the 2003-2007 Ford Expedition 4DR. This hood aims to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and the performance of the vehicle. Constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, this hood boasts a two-part design. The top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective Poly Shield for a high-gloss appearance. A smooth, one-piece underside shell provides structural integrity. VIS Racing utilizes the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) to produce parts that are 10-20% lighter than previous models without compromising durability. Installation requires the use of hood pins, which are sold separately. Professional installation is also recommended.
