Carbon Fiber Hood Bonnet

This CMST Tuning Hood Bonnet is engineered to upgrade the appearance and potentially the aerodynamics of your Audi RS7, S7, or A7 C7/C7.5 (2012-2018). It is designed as a direct replacement for the factory hood, utilizing the original mounting points for straightforward installation. Professional installation is recommended, and in some cases, drilling may be required. The hood is offered in multiple material and finish options to suit your preferences. You can select from Full FRP/Unpainted, which is intended for custom painting by the end-user. Alternatively, choose from various single-sided or double-sided vacuumed carbon fiber constructions. These carbon fiber options feature a UV-protected clear coat on the top side and either an FRP or carbon fiber underside, depending on the specific type chosen. Material options include Woven 3k (the default), Forged carbon (with a unique marbled texture, incurring an extra charge), and Honeycomb carbon (offering an exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio, also with an extra charge). Finish options include Gloss (default), Matte (with an extra charge), or the Paintable FRP/Carbon option. CMST Tuning uses Grade A one-piece carbon fiber sheets integrated into an FRP skeleton for strength and durability, ensuring a consistent weave pattern without broken lines. The clear coat finish provides a durable, "wet" look. The product comes with a 6-month limited clear coat warranty. For safety during high-speed driving, it is recommended to purchase additional hood pins, even though this hood features built-in latches. Installation is estimated to take 2 hours. Note that for some applications, factory parts may need to be re-used for a complete installation.
