The VIS Racing Double Sided Carbon Fiber Hood offers an OEM style upgrade for your Chevrolet Corvette C8 (2020-2024), providing a distinct race-inspired aesthetic. Constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, this hood utilizes a two-part design. The top layer of carbon fiber is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating for a durable, high-gloss finish. A smooth, one-piece underside shell is fused to the top layer, increasing structural integrity. VIS Racing is transitioning to a Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) for many of their carbon parts, producing components that are lighter and more durable. Due to the nature of aftermarket parts, professional installation is recommended, and modifications may be necessary for perfect fitment. This product is intended for off-road use only unless local and state laws specify otherwise. Hood pins are required for safe operation. Note that package shipping will utilize LTL Freight Service, with an average pickup time of 5-7 business days after shipping is scheduled. Thoroughly inspect packages for damage before signing, as damage reported after signing cannot be assisted.
