It features a smooth underside shell for structural integrity and is finished with a UV-protective polyurethane coating for a high gloss.

Crafted from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber material, the hood utilizes a vacuum-infused single mold process for superior strength and a lightweight design. The top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating, ensuring a durable high-gloss finish. A one-piece, smooth underside shell is fused to the top layer, significantly enhancing the product's structural integrity. The edges are hand-smoothed for a refined quality finish. The manufacturer recommends the use of hood pins for installation; please note that hood pins are sold separately. Professional installation is also recommended to ensure proper fitment and function. Your factory hardware, hinges, and latch will be required for installation. This hood is specifically designed as a vehicle-specific part for the 2003-2005 Pontiac Sunfire (2DR & 4DR models).
