Carbon Fiber Intake Manifold

The AMS Performance R35 GT-R Carbon Fiber Intake Manifold is engineered to be the most efficient and power-producing manifold available for the Nissan R35 GT-R. Constructed with lightweight carbon fiber plenums and precisely machined billet upper and lower runner sections, this manifold provides significant performance improvements across the entire RPM range, unlike many aftermarket options that sacrifice low-end response. The upper and lower runner sections are matched with tight tolerances and secured with dowel pins for a smooth, continuous flow from the throttle body to the cylinder heads. This intake manifold also features dual MAP sensor ports for monitoring bank-to-bank boost pressure differences and retains the factory PCV system. AMS Performance subjected this manifold to rigorous testing, including 144,000 cycles from 0-50psi in a high-heat environment and a burst test exceeding 150psi, ensuring exceptional strength and reliability. For those with extremely high-powered builds, provisions are available for an additional Alpha fuel rail system, capable of supporting over 2000 horsepower. Please note that AMS Performance R35 GT-R Big Bore Billet Throttle Bodies are available separately, and custom PCV routing may be needed if the owner wishes to retain its functionality. An Alpha upper intercooler pipe adapter or full Alpha Induction Kit is required. While other fuel rail kits may function, only AMS Fuel Rails are guaranteed to be compatible. Custom color anodizing can add 2-4 weeks to the build time. Minor imperfections or weave pattern variances may be expected due to the hand-laid nature of motorsports-grade carbon fiber parts.
