This Integrated Engineering IEINCX1 carbon fiber intake system is meticulously engineered to match and exceed the high-end fit and finish of your flagship Audi C7/C7.5 RS7. Constructed from high-gloss true carbon fiber, it boasts an integrated carbon velocity stack and a full carbon twin inlet pipe for optimized airflow. The system features a 5.5" engine-specific pleated cotton filter, a powder-coated aluminum bottom plate, and stainless hardware, all designed for a complete bolt-in solution. The unique architecture of the carbon fiber allows for maximized internal volume and smoothed airflow, while also shielding the intake from radiant engine bay heat. The high-flow velocity stack transitions airflow from the large filter surface area, accelerating it into the inlet pipes with reduced drag and turbulence. This design has been validated through in-house Superflow bench testing, showing significant flow improvements over the stock airbox, with gains up to 23.5% at -5 in. H20. The intake system utilizes dual air sources: a front inlet connected to the grille for ram air and an aluminum bottom plate for low-pressure air from beneath the vehicle, ensuring an unrestricted supply of cool airflow. Precision fitment is achieved through 3D scanning of the vehicle's engine bay, grille, bumper, and hood, allowing engineers to utilize all available space for an extremely high-end installation. Installation is straightforward with factory-style mounts, typically taking one hour or less. This intake is specifically designed for the Audi RS7 models from 2014-2018 (C7 - C7.5 chassis). It is also compatible with C7-C7.5 2012-2018 S6 & S7 models when equipped with RS7 turbos. The system is engineered to unleash an aggressive V8 twin-turbo sound and support increased demands from ECU tunes and turbocharger upgrades.
