Carbon Fiber Intake System with 74mm Turbo Inlets

The Unitronic Carbon Fiber Intake System and Turbo Inlets are engineered for the Audi RS6 and RS7 featuring the 4.0TFSI EA825 engine. It offers significant improvements, with gains of up to 99.8% more flow than stock and up to +58HP / +54LB-FT of torque when paired with Unitronic Stage 2 93 AKI performance software. The intake system boasts a construction of 2/2 Twill Prepreg Carbon Fiber Weave, cured in an autoclave for maximum strength and void elimination, then finished with a UV and heat-resistant clear coat. It features massive 74mm CNC-machined Billet Aluminum Turbo Inlets with modular adapter rings available for both stock (54mm) and TTE1020 (60mm) turbochargers. The proprietary air filter provides a large 400 sq. in. surface area for high airflow, and the system uses quality, heat-resistant EPDM couplers for durability. All necessary hardware, including stainless steel clamps, is included. For 2023 RS 6 and RS 7 models, the PCV Adapter Kit for 2023 C8 4.0TT must be added to the order. Unitronic offers this intake system in five distinct finishes: Gloss Carbon, Matte Carbon, Forged Carbon, Red Carbon Kevlar, and Blue Carbon Kevlar, allowing for personalization of the engine bay.
