Description

The Anderson Composites License Plate Panel is a direct-fit upgrade for the rear of 2013-2014 Ford Mustang GT, V6, Shelby GT500, and 2013 Boss 302 models, designed to provide a cleaner aesthetic. Crafted from VIP carbon fiber, this panel is manufactured using a precise process. It involves spraying a resin coat onto the mold, laying out sheets of carbon fiber fabric, applying another resin coat, and then curing the part under vacuum. This ensures an excellent fabric-to-resin ratio. After curing and trimming, a final gel coat is applied and polished to achieve a high-luster finish, eliminating the need for additional clear coat. Installation may require minor adjustments, as mounting tabs might need modification for optimal fitment. These adjustments are considered a normal part of the installation process for custom body panels.
