The Anvil Auto 1969 Camaro Doors Outer Skins are constructed from carbon fiber, designed to reduce exterior weight while retaining your original interior. These outer skins do not feature a recess for the door handle and are not pre-drilled, making them suitable for shaved handles or custom aftermarket handle installation. The skins are intended for off-road or show use only.

The Anvil Auto 1969 Camaro Doors Outer Skins offer a way to significantly reduce the exterior weight of your classic muscle car while preserving the original interior structure. These outer skins are designed without a pre-formed recess for the door handle and are not pre-drilled. This design allows for a clean, "shaved" handle look, or provides a blank slate for custom modification to accept aftermarket door handles. To install, the original steel door skin must be removed by cutting and grinding the welds, after which the carbon fiber skin is bonded to the original steel door skeleton using automotive adhesive. It is important to note that Anvil Auto specifies that these products are intended for off-road or show use only and are not approved for street or highway use due to Department of Transportation regulations. Professional installation is required, and buyers should be aware that modifications and minor adjustments may be necessary for optimal fitment during the installation process. Anvil Auto does not guarantee fitment on vehicles that have been involved in accidents, have existing body damage, have been previously modified, or are using other aftermarket products not supplied by Anvil Auto.
