Engineered for the S58 3.0L Twin Turbo Engine, this diffuser is specifically designed to match the factory BMW M body lines and contours, ensuring a seamless integration. Constructed using aerospace autoclave technology and resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber, this component offers superior rigidity, strength, and finish. The material is 20%-30% stiffer and stronger than traditional wet-layup methods, and utilizes a combination of unidirectional 1x1 and 2x2 carbon weaves to optimize strength while minimizing weight. A 4-stage UV inhibiting clear coat provides added protection against the elements. Vorsteiner's commitment to precision manufacturing ensures exceptional control over tolerances, fit, and finish, resulting in a component that installs cleanly and fits perfectly.
