Description

These components are manufactured using Anderson Composites' VIP process. This method begins with a resin coating in the mold, followed by the careful placement of carbon fiber fabric layers. A final resin application seals the fabric before the entire assembly is vacuum-sealed and cured. This technique ensures an excellent fabric-to-resin ratio, contributing to the durability and lightweight nature of the final product. Once cured, the doors are trimmed, and a protective gel coat is applied and polished to achieve a high-luster finish, eliminating the need for additional clear coating. Due to the specialized nature of carbon fiber components and the precision required for proper fitment, professional installation is highly recommended for these rear doors.
