The Koshi Group Alfa Romeo Giulia QV Racing Style Side Skirts are crafted from premium prepreg carbon fiber, utilizing material from Delta-Preg, a supplier trusted by performance automotive brands like Ferrari and Lamborghini. The manufacturing process involves autoclave curing at 140°C – 6 bar, ensuring structural integrity and a precise fit. These racing-style side skirts are finished with a high-gloss clear coat, combining PPG-D880 for durability and PPG-D8122 ceramic clear coat for a long-lasting, lustrous appearance. Installation is rated as 'Normal' difficulty. Proper bonding is essential for secure fitment, and the manufacturer recommends using 3M Panel Bond, which is not included with the product. These side skirts are special order items, manufactured upon order placement with lead times typically ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. While generally managed from stock, occasional errors may occur, so contacting Koshi Group for current stock availability is advised, especially if urgent delivery is needed.
