Description

The VIS Racing carbon fiber trunk is a replacement body panel engineered with the signature Demon style for 2003-2007 Infiniti G35 4-door sedans. Each unit is manufactured using the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), which utilizes a single-mold vacuum to produce a part that is 10-20% lighter than traditional methods while maintaining high durability. The construction features a Grade-A carbon fiber surface bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear Poly Shield UV-protective polyurethane coating. Installation requires specific considerations to ensure proper fit and safety. Hood pins are required for all trunk and hood applications due to the nature of the product. Owners must not reuse stock hood struts, shocks, dampers, or springs, as the tension from these factory components can cause the carbon fiber surface to crack. This product is intended for off-road use only unless local regulations dictate otherwise.
