The VIS Racing hatch provides a lightweight, performance-oriented aesthetic for the Nissan 350Z hatchback (2003-2008). This tunnel-style panel is manufactured using a two-part construction design, where a Grade-A carbon fiber top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with a clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating for a gloss look. A one-piece underside shell is fused to the top to increase structural strength, while edges are hand-smoothed for a quality finish. VIS Racing utilizes their Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) for this part, which uses a single-mold vacuum to improve durability and reduce weight by 10-20% compared to traditional manufacturing. Each piece includes a badge of authenticity to ensure quality. Due to the nature of this product, hood pins are required for installation. This part is intended for off-road use only unless otherwise specified by local laws.
