Carbon Fibre Intake System

The Eventuri Carbon Fibre Intake System is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of the Audi RS6 and RS7 (C7) models equipped with the 4.0TFSI engine. This system was developed with two primary objectives: to de-restrict the turbo inlet paths for improved efficiency and to maintain consistently low inlet air temperatures. Each turbo is fed by a separate high-flow double cone air filter and a precision-designed carbon Venturi stack, reducing drag and allowing the turbos to operate more effectively. The system's design incorporates a meticulously crafted carbon fibre airbox enclosure that effectively shields the filters from the multiple heat sources within the engine bay, including the engine/turbo setup, a heat exchanger, and hot air from the radiator fan. This comprehensive enclosure prevents inlet air temperature increases that can lead to power loss, a common issue with simpler open-filter designs. The airbox is fed with ambient air via a redesigned carbon fibre inlet duct and a specifically shaped carbon fibre front scoop, ensuring a continuous supply of cold air from the front grill. This design allows for rapid temperature reduction after the vehicle has been stationary. The included carbon Venturi stacks connect the filters to the stock turbo pipes with smooth, aerodynamically efficient curves. This design maintains laminar airflow through the filter and into the tubing, especially crucial at higher RPMs. The result is an optimized flow path to the turbos, enabling quicker boost generation, reduced lag, and a noticeably sharper, more responsive throttle. The complete system includes the carbon airbox, two high-flow filters, two carbon Venturi stacks, carbon inlet duct, carbon front scoop, a laser-cut heat shield with gold reflective material, laser-cut stainless steel bracket work, and CNC-machined airbox mounts.
