The Ilmberger Carbon Front Fender is a premium upgrade for the BMW M1000RR, engineered for both aesthetic enhancement and functional performance. Manufactured using prepreg carbon with ISO 9001 certification, this fender undergoes autoclave processing for superior strength and a perfect surface finish. It features integrated air channels designed to provide constant cooling for the brake calipers, a feature tested under extreme racing conditions, including the 24h of Le Mans. Beyond its cooling capabilities, this carbon fiber fender offers reduced air resistance and effective protection against stone chips, ensuring durability and enhanced aerodynamics. The material is finished with a unique plastic powder coating for depth and protection, topped with a high-gloss clear coat for UV protection and long-lasting quality. Each part is hand-laminated for precise fiber alignment and robot-precisely cut for a perfect fit, delivered ready to install with TÜV-certified quality. Ilmberger, a recognized OEM producer for brands like Ducati and BMW with expertise from World Superbike and Endurance World Championships, ensures that this fender meets the highest standards.
