The RW Carbon DTM Carbon Fiber Hood is designed to enhance the appearance and reduce the weight of your 2019+ BMW G20 3-Series, specifically the 330i and M340i models, including LCI versions. This hood provides a more aggressive aesthetic while offering a lighter alternative to the factory metal hood. Standard hand tools are sufficient for installation, which can typically be completed in about 2 hours. RW Carbon also offers professional installation services in Southern California. Important considerations for this carbon fiber hood include the OEM hood struts. It is recommended to either remove the struts or replace them with units that have less resistance. Additionally, when closing the hood, do not slam it; instead, apply even pressure with your palms to ensure it latches properly. Failure to follow these instructions can lead to premature cracking or damage. RW Carbon emphasizes its commitment to superior fitment and quality, with each piece being quality-checked before shipment from their Southern California location.
