Description

The Weber K740-38M carburetor conversion kit provides a performance upgrade for select Toyota Corolla and Tercel models. This comprehensive kit includes a genuine Weber carburetor (available in 32/36 DGEV, DGEV 38, or 32/36 DGV variants), a custom manifold adapter, all necessary linkage components, a chrome air filter assembly, and a complete set of gaskets and hardware for installation. This kit is specifically engineered to fit Toyota Corollas equipped with the 4AC & 4ALC engines from August 1983 to 1987, as well as models with the 3TC, 3AC, and 4AC engines from 1979 to July 1983. It is also compatible with the 2TC engine from July 1974 to 1979. The included components ensure a proper fit and function, while the detailed hardware and gaskets facilitate a secure assembly. Some sources suggest that these kits can improve low-RPM performance and provide a smoother running engine, with potential fuel economy benefits.
