Each kit is meticulously assembled to meet exact fit specifications, ensuring compatibility with OEM standards. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary components such as O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and float valve needle and seat, providing a convenient, all-in-one solution for a complete carburetor overhaul. The O-rings and rubber gaskets are made from NBR rubber, which offers excellent resistance to ethanol commonly found in today's fuels. For applications that originally used paper float bowl gaskets, this kit upgrades them to high-performance Interface Gasket material for enhanced durability. This specific rebuild kit (part number 26-1088) is designed for the Suzuki LT-A500F Vinson models from 2002 to 2005. It is intended for off-road use only and includes OEM jet sizes. While needle jet and other pressed-in jets are not included, this kit provides the essential components to get your carburetor back in smooth working order, allowing you to spend more time riding and less time troubleshooting fuel system issues.
