Designed to bolt directly into the factory frame holes, these mounts securely accommodate large diameter shocks up to 3.0". Unlike the factory-style mounts, which use an inadequate nut to hold the shock in place (a design prone to failure from excessive torque), Carli's shock mounts provide a positive engagement of the shock bolt for a much more secure connection.
