Coilover Bypass 2.5 System 2.5/3.5 inch Lift 2011-16 Ford F250/F350 Diesel Carli Suspension

This Carli Suspension CS-FLVL-CO25-BYP-11 2.5 inch Coilover Bypass lift system for the Ford F250 / F350 4wd diesel models is an ultra-premium lift kit that will lift your vehicle enough to fit up to 37 inch x 12.5 inch tires (w/trimming). Using custom-tuned King 2.5" Coilovers and Remote Reservoir Front and Rear Bypass Shocks, this kit is perfect for Ford owners wanting the best ride quality and off-roading performance. Excellent during on-road, highway, towing/hauling along with slow to high-speed off-road use. Featured in this lift kit system are King 2.5 Coilovers with remote reservoirs that replace the factory coil springs. Included are heavy-duty conversion brackets allowing for the switch from coil springs to coilovers. This greatly improves off-road performance and ride quality. Paired with the coilovers are King 2.5" Remote Reservoir Front 2-Tube Bypass and Rear 3-Tube Bypass Shocks. These custom Carli King shocks use a unique 17-4 stainless shaft that is machined and polished. Meaning there is no finish or coating to wear off. The 2.5 inch diameter body houses a custom piston designed for heavy-duty truck models. Remote reservoirs will increase oil capacity, giving better heat dispersion and performance in extreme conditions. A bypass shock incorporates external tubes equipped with one-way check valves that can be finely tuned, enabling users to customize the volume of fluid bypassing the piston/valving during both the compression and rebound strokes, all within the operational scope of the bypass tube. To keep the front axle centered properly an adjustable front track bar is included. In typical Carli fashion, this bar has features that are not found in other track bars. This includes 3/8 inch DOM construction that allows for use of a 1" x 7/8" FK bearing heim joint with large shank. In the rear Carli gives you a variety of choices to lift or not lift the rear of the vehicle. The base kit does not lift the rear, however, you can choose between the Carli progressive rate 2" lift add-a-pack kit (most economical and maintains factory payload, but for F250 only) or the Carli Full Progressive Rate 1" lift Rear Leaf Springs. The progressive leaf springs will provide increased suspension travel and drastically improved ride quality while reducing load capacity to a light 3/4 ton spec.
