The Carli Suspension Front End Upgrade Kit CS-DFEU-1419 addresses factory problem areas with robust, serviceable alternatives to solidify the front end, sharpen steering input, and dampen vibrations. It includes Carli Ball Joints, an Adjustable Track Bar, and a Low-Mount Stabilizer.\n\n**Track Bar:** Constructed from 1.5\" OD, 3/8\" wall tube, featuring a 7/8\" FK Bearing chromoly race heim joint at the axle end and a 7/8\" FK Bearing Uniball at the frame end. Designed to eliminate front-end play and instability.\n\n**Steering Stabilizer:** Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design to prevent cavitation, custom valving, stainless steel body, billet aluminum rod ends, and a hardened black nitride shaft. Nitrogen chamber is adjustable from 70psi to 200psi to correct for radial tire-pull.\n\n**Upper Ball Joints:** Heavy-duty, two-tiered design machined from superior heat-treated materials, offering over 100% more surface area than OEM. Includes a grease fitting and internal grease ports for lubrication.\n\n**Lower Ball Joints:** Designed without internal parts to wear out; the ball rides on a hard, critically machined area inside the joint.
