Description

The Carrillo PSR8868 is a set of H-beam forged connecting rods designed for high-performance applications. These rods are constructed from a proprietary steel with an oversized forging process to ensure proper grain flow and surface integrity. They are CNC machined and undergo rigorous testing, including magnafluxing and Rockwell hardness testing, before a final shotpeen operation.

Each connecting rod features an H-beam design for maximum strength and a 106.75mm rod length. They are equipped with 8mm Carr bolts, have a 17mm wrist pin diameter, and a 37.501mm big end bore. This specific part number, PSR8868, is intended for 2007-2023 Kawasaki ZX10R models and includes rod bolts and assembly lube.
