The Integrated Engineering Turbo Inlet Pipe is designed to eliminate the power-robbing restriction of the factory plastic turbo inlet found on VW and Audi Gen 3 1.8T and 2.0T TSI engines. While adequate for stock vehicles, the stock design becomes a significant bottleneck when power-adding modifications like cold air intakes, intercoolers, downpipes, and ECU upgrades are installed. This upgraded inlet pipe features a constant high-flow inner diameter, allowing your IS38 or IS20 turbo to breathe more freely and maximizing the efficiency of your power upgrades. Constructed from durable cast aluminum alloy and in-house CNC machined for precise fitment, it ensures a reliable and leak-free connection to the turbocharger thanks to its o-ring seal. The pipe outflows the stock unit by an impressive 110 CFM. Installation is straightforward, with no modifications required. However, due to its larger diameter, this inlet pipe must be installed in conjunction with an aftermarket cold air intake. It is designed for a direct fit with the IE V2 MK7/8V MQB Intake Kit (PN IEINCI11), and a universal silicone adapter is included to adapt to most 3-inch cold air intakes, though direct fitment with non-IE brand intakes is not guaranteed. This product is CARB approved and 50-state emissions legal, making it suitable for use across the United States. It fits a wide range of Audi and VW models including the A3, S3, TT, TTS, Golf R, GTI, GLI, Golf/Alltrack, and Atlas/Atlas Cross Sport with the EA888 Gen 3 engine. Please note that this inlet pipe does not fit with the DV+ Diverter Valve or Diverter Valve spacers.
