Cast Aluminum Intake Manifold Set with 90mm Throttle Body and Fuel Rail

The Rev9 Cast Aluminum Intake Manifold Set is engineered to enhance the performance of Nissan RB25 engines. Constructed from CNC'd billet aluminum with TIG welded seams, this manifold offers improved volume efficiency and a more even distribution of the air-fuel mixture to the cylinder heads, which can lead to significant power gains. The complete kit includes a high-flow, 90mm billet aluminum throttle body and a dual-feed billet aluminum fuel rail designed to accommodate 14mm full-length injectors. Most necessary hardware is included to facilitate installation. Additionally, the vacuum line ports have been strategically relocated to the bottom of the intake manifold for a cleaner setup. The manifold has undergone pressure testing and performed without issues at 50 PSI. It is important to note that this intake manifold set will **not fit** the NEO engine variant of the RB25 motor.
