Overview

The Integrated Engineering 2.0T FSI/TSI intake manifold is a USA-cast aluminum replacement for the stock plastic unit. It features internal flow-optimized velocity stacks and a satin black powder coat finish. This manifold is designed to overcome direct injection fueling limitations in high-power 2.0T FSI and TSI engines.

The manifold has a 2.4L internal plenum volume for even airflow distribution. It accepts EV1 and EV14 compact fuel injectors and features a -6AN inlet/outlet for adapting to existing fuel systems. This kit is intended for race builds and requires custom installation, ECU tuning, and a secondary fuel system controller.

The Integrated Engineering IE Port Injection Intake Manifold is engineered for VW and Audi 2.0T engines, specifically the FSI EA113 and TSI EA888 Gen 1/2 variants, allowing for enhanced fueling capabilities to achieve higher power outputs. Constructed from durable, thick-wall cast aluminum, this manifold features internal flow-optimized velocity stacks for smooth and efficient airflow. It comes with a sleek black powder coat finish and a black anodized plenum cover, combining aesthetic appeal with robust performance. The design includes O-ring seals, eliminating the need for liquid gaskets or RTV for a cleaner installation. This is not a simple bolt-on kit and is intended for race setups. It requires a custom fuel setup, fabrication skills, and a solid understanding of tuning, making professional installation recommended. Modifications to vacuum lines and removal of the PCV system may be necessary for proper fitment of the fuel rail. This manifold is specifically designed for VW & Audi 2.0T FSI EA113 and TSI EA888 Gen 1/2 engines. It is not compatible with MK7/MQB EA888 Gen 3 engines. Additionally, if you have a B8/B8.5 A4 or A5 with a 5th injector, this manifold will not fit. It also does not work with the stock throttle body unless paired with the IEIMVC1 kit.
