Cast Aluminum Turbo Intake Horn

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100535-BB is a high-flow cast aluminum turbo intake horn engineered to replace the restrictive OEM turbo mouthpiece on 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC 2500/3500 HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LB7 diesel engine. This 4-inch intake horn is the largest and highest flowing on the market, designed to deliver increased airflow directly to your turbocharger. By improving airflow, it enhances engine performance and provides a more responsive throttle. Constructed from durable cast aluminum and finished in a Bengal Blue powder coat, this intake horn is made in the USA. It is compatible with factory IHI Turbos and upgraded drop-in IHI Turbos, as well as aftermarket intake systems. For maximum performance gains, it is recommended to pair this intake horn with Wehrli's 4" Cold Air Intake Kits, Stage 1 High Flow Bundle Kits, custom performance tuning, and drop-in performance turbochargers. Crucially, this intake horn is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE OEM INTAKE. It is designed to work specifically with performance aftermarket intake systems that utilize a 4" boot connection with a bead roll. If your current air intake's rubber or silicone connection is molded directly into the intake pipe and is not removable, it will not fit or work with this product. Ensure your aftermarket intake has a compatible connection for proper installation.
