Description

The United Engine & Machine Co 2228C.010 is a cast aluminum piston with a dish, D-shaped cup style head and a bore of 3.885 inches. This piston features a compression height of 1.581 inches and a piston head volume of +11.50cc. It uses a press-fit wrist pin and has a pin diameter of 0.931 inches.

Designed for AMC, L4 engines, this piston has ring grooves measuring 5/64 in. x 5/64 in. x 3/16 in. and is sold as a set of 4. The piston includes a coated skirt and a 0.100 inch deep recessed piston head.
